Home made quick Chicken Lollipop
Such a quick starter. You can make this with stuff lying around at home.
Just make sure you have the chicken pops – marinate them in a nice blend of chinese sauces and spices – I used soya, chopped ginger and garlic, salt, pepper, some schezwan sauce. Leave it for 5-10 min minimum or upto 2 hours if you have the time.
Now beat 1 egg, sieve some flour into it – add some water. Beat together. Pour onto the marinating lollipops.
Simply deep fry and serve – with sweet chilly dipping sauce is great.
