Fresh Strawberries and Cream

Get some double cream, add sugar and whisk it gently – make sure you do not overdo it – the cream will split if you do. Wash and slice the strawberries. Assemble and serve- its probably the quickest dessert you can whip up in literally 5 minutes.
Substitute the cream for Ice cream, custard, and you can add more fresh fruits – bananas, grapes, apples are great picks.
