Cream cheese dip with fresh veggie sticks!

Get together veggies for this salad – I have used cucumber, carrots, green capsicum, red pepper, radish and bread-sticks. Cut them thin and long – to look like the ones in the picture.
For the cream cheese dip (I haven’t used cream cheese but that’s another simple way to make this if you don’t mind the calories) take some fresh grated paneer, cheese spread, salt, herbs (oregano/parley), black pepper and I have used black olives for garnish. Blend it really well and adjust seasoning to suit your taste. You could add paprika or olive oil, mint – whatever you like, once you have the basics in there. Chill the dip as well as the veggies and serve as an appetizer. Healthy, fresh and you can make ahead of the party! Garnished with halved black olives here…
